The Economic, Social and Labor Council, calling for deliberation to 'Time-Off System Deliberation Committee' -Intensive discussion begins to deliberate on the limit of Time-Off from working-
The Economic, Social and Labor Council (Chairman Moon Sung-hyun) said it requested the "Time-Off System Deliberation Committee" on Nov. 30, 2021(Tuesday) to deliberate on limit of Time-Off from working. ㅇ As the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act was revised, Time-Off System Deliberation Committee, which was transferred from the Ministry of Employment and Labor to the Economic and Labor Committee, held nine plenary meetings starting from the first plenary session on the date, July 6, 2021 when the law is to be enforced.
As the chairman of the Economic, Social and Labor Council requests deliberation on the limit of Time-off from working, the Time-Off System Deliberation Committee must deliberate on the appropriateness of the current limit of Time-off from working hours and make a resolution by Feb. 3, 2022 (Thursday).
Until now, labor, management, and public officials of the Time-Off System Deliberation Committee voted on operating regulations and shared basic data for deliberation, including the background of the introduction of the Time-Off system, the results of the 1st and 2nd discussions by the Time-Off System Deliberation Committee, overseas cases and on-site cases.
